Clients are responsible for giving full instructions when ordering. We will however advise you on what we think would look best for your image. Canvas Imagery is not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect client instructions. Please read our guidelines on suitable image / file formats and sizes
Prepayment by personal cheque (cheques will need 10 working days to clear), or Paypal is required with the order. Invoices are supplied with all orders.
Canvas Imagery always takes great care to make sure your order is perfect for you and guarantees our products 100%. However, Canvas Imagery is not responsible for errors resulting from clients’ failure to communicate specific desired instructions, or clients not liking the image when it arrives/ changing their minds.
Your Own Image on Canvas Orders: There is no refund available on returned items, unless down to our error where our liability is limited to redoing the job to your satisfaction.
Library Images on Canvas: A refund is available on these items and if the client has just changed their minds we may take up to 50% of the sale price as way of compensation, unless the error is on our part.
If the error is on the part of Canvas Imagery, our liability is limited to redoing the job to your satisfaction or refunding your money.
Images displayed on Canvas Imagery are a representation of what are available, colours, image size examples, 3 and 5 part examples are all just that, examples, variations in size may occur. Due to different monitor settings, slight colour variations may occur. If you are in any doubt please email us to request a proof after ordering.
Canvas Imagery packages all of your orders carefully and is NOT liable for damage to products while being shipped. All goods are covered by couriers insurance and you should contact us immediately in the unlikely event any damage has occurred, if packaging looks damaged we recommend either not signing for the delivery or signing “Goods Unchecked” (this is important as signing for goods that are damaged in effect gives up your right for money back)Canvas Imagery cannot accept responsibility for copyright infringements on artwork submitted to Canvas Imagery for enlargement or reproduction. Clients are requested to seek copyright permissions for any work submitted which require such permissions.
Canvas Imagery reserves the right to ask for proof of such permissions for images that are deemed might be copyrighted.
